La Ensenada (Built 1974: BM owned 1974 - 1981)

I served on the La Ensenada twice. The first time as an Assistant Steward from 2/12/1980 to 10/2/1981 a short two month trip to enable me to take my 2nd Cook ticket at Liverpool's Nautical Catering College. Then after passing my exams I re-joined her on 18/6/1981 as 2nd Cook and Baker for six months, paying off on my 21st Birthday on 2/12/1981
